Circa is a fan activity platform. When you mint a badge on an artist, you are recording your own discovery — not creating any commercial relationship with, endorsement by, or claim over that artist. Circa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, label, distributor, or streaming platform listed or referenced on this site.
Artist names appear on Circa solely as context for fan-recorded activity. This use has established precedent: sports cards, fantasy sports platforms, and ticketing services have long used public figures' names commercially without implying affiliation. Circa follows the same principle. No artist name on Circa implies that artist endorses, participates in, or has any relationship with the platform.
Listener counts displayed on Circa are sourced from publicly accessible Spotify artist pages — the same pages any user can visit without authentication. Circa does not access private, proprietary, or non-public data. Use of publicly available data is protected under established case law, including hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn.
Circa badges are digital collectibles representing your fan activity at a specific moment in time. They are not securities, financial instruments, or investment contracts. Past listener growth of an artist does not guarantee future growth or any financial return.
You must be 18 or older to use Circa. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Circa reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Mint credits are consumable and non-refundable once used to mint a badge. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact support to request a refund. Marketplace balance may be withdrawn subject to Stripe's payout terms.
Circa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
